Retainer program
IT Outsource Consulting will provide the Customer with technical services under retainer. Customers are invoiced monthly in advance. Monthly payments are fixed based upon the monthly hours committed to. Unused Retainer hours will carry over as long customer continues to use the retainer program.
Block hours
Prepaid block hours are available at a discount to our normal rates in denominations of 25 hours. These blocks can be used for any service except for after Hour Emergency Service. Remote calls will be prorated.
Flat Rate Support
You deserve fast, affordable, professional support. That's why we’ve bundled our Flat-Rate IT Support program with our Proactive Network Maintenance Service, providing experienced IT Support to maintain your network 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week, 365 Days a Year!
